General

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you either live in Canada or the US, and that you are not offended by adult merchandise. All products on this site that can be legally purchased by adults in US and Canada. . We sell Kid games, baby furnitures, chid furnitures only. 

Returns

Child and Baby Furniture.com assured that all products aretested and visually inspected before being shipped. If you can clearly see a manufacturing defect are a hardware trouble in your package, please contact us via e-mail (returns@childandbabyfurniture.com) within 3 days of receiving your order. Simply describe exactly where the problem lies, and we will explain the return procedure.Child and Baby Furniture product are warranty 1 year

 

Shipping & Handling

All shipments are charged a flat rate of 8.95 CND or 7.95 USD depending on which country you are shipping to. All shipments are made through Express Post for Canada, and UPS Ground for the USA. Orders take between 1 to 5 days, after shipping, to reach destination. If an item is back order, we will contact you via e-mail to discuss your options (you will have to possibility to cancel your order and have a full refund). All orders are processed within 7 business days.

If the address you specify is a PO Box, we will still ship to you. We know certain customers prefer PO Boxes because they are more discreet. HOWEVER WE HAVE TO USE STANDARD MAIL TO SHIP TO PO BOXES. THERE IS NO ADDITIONNAL CHARGE, BUT IT WILL TAKE MUCH LONGER BEFORE YOU GET IT. (7-14 Business Days)

 Payment Methods

            PayPal : If you don't already have a PayPal account, I suggest you get one right now by clicking on the following link : Get a Paypal Account NOW! With PayPal you can use your credit card, e-checks, or even create a bank account from which you'll be able to buy from more than 6 millions sites on the internet. If you already do have a PayPal account, then you know PayPal is the easiest and safest way to use your credit card on the Internet.

            Mail Order : If you choose mail order. Fill our CheckOut page. Choose the Mail Order option. Click on Continue. You will send your personnal check or money order to the address mentionned on the following page. We will ship your order as soon as we cash it in!

            C.O.D. : You can choose to pay C.O.D. if you want. You will be charged an additionnal $10.50

 Additional Charges

Canadian residents will be charged 7% GST

Quebec residents will be charged 7% GST + 7.5% QST

            Exchange Rates : We do not ajust our prices based on the current exchange rate. US customers are charged in US currency, and Canadian customers are charged in canadian dollars. Prices may vary from one currency to another, be assured that the price you see in your currency is the price you’re going to pay. There is no exchange rate involved.

 

Product rating and description

Because of our no-returns policy, we do everything possible to make sure you know what you are buying. However, the color of certain items might be different than the one pictured in our online catalog.

Soon we will have a review section in which you will be able to see what other buyers thought of our products, and where you will be able to add your own comments on our products and rate them.
